What if the product I want is not available?

Please let us know via call/email and our customer service team will make sure that we either find you an alternative right product, or we let the customer know when new stock is expected

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept credit and debit cards from all banks. You can also pay using net banking. Our customers can also opt for self pick-up by paying cash or by cheque.

How long does it take to deliver the product?

To ship anywhere it India, it usually takes 6-8 working days. Our customers receive their products after 12-15 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

What happens after the product is ordered?

We have a very extensive process which finally gets you your order, after placing your order, we verify our stock to ensure that the product is available, it is then tested rigorously and packed properly to ensure that your product reaches you in safe and sound condition. This takes 4-6 working days and your product is shipped.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using your invoice which is sent to you just after the order is received. For any
